Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping Policy: Shipping of physical items varies based upon quantity and type of item. Shipping dates are as early as 3 days, but some orders may take up to 8 days for items to be shipped out. Expedited shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out via the contact page prior to placing an order to discuss expedited shipping availability for your order.

Satisfaction Guarantee: The goal of every Created By James design project is complete customer satisfaction. Because of this, each logo/brand design includes at least one revision of the initial design if desired. If prior to that revision you decide that the logo/brand design is not going in the direction that you prefer, you are eligible for a full refund. However, once the design has been agreed upon, or the first revision has been completed, a refund is no longer available.

 

Return Policy for Physical Products: Our desire is your complete satisfaction with every item that we create and produce for you. If an item(s) you receive from Created By James does not meet your standard for satisfaction, please let us know. Simply send an email to info@createdbyjames.com, and let us know of the issue within 72 hours of receipt. If there is any damage or quality issues, please contact us, and we will respond within 24-48 hours to try and resolve your issue.

Situations that do not qualify for a return:

Returns attempted after 72 hours of receipt on custom designs.

Items that are not damaged during shipping.

Items that are of the agreed upon quality and expectations.
